What does Guest Pass Verified mean?

Guest Pass Verified means the Guest Pass team has toured this gym.

Claiming a listing and offering day passes are separate from Guest Pass verification. Check each gym’s listing for current hours, amenities and pass availability.

Can I buy a day pass at every listed gym?

Participating gyms show a day-pass price and a Buy day pass button. Use the Day passes filter to find them. For other gyms, contact the gym about visiting.

Can I sign in with a password?

Yes. Sign in with an email code, then choose Set or change password in Your account. You can keep using either a password or email codes.

Will my web and app accounts stay together?

Use the same verified email address to keep your profile, favorites and passes together. Google sign-in and email sign-in can use the same account when their verified email addresses match. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, Apple supplies a different private address; keep using that sign-in method or contact support if you need help finding your account.

How do I report an incorrect listing or get help?

Email contact@yourguestpass.com with the gym name and the details we should check. You can also visit Support for help with your account or a purchase.
