For gym visitors

Find a gym

Use Browse to see nearby gyms in a list or on the map. Search by gym name or location, then filter for gyms currently selling a Guest Pass, verified listings, or the amenities you need. Open a gym profile for its hours, address, photos, amenities, and day-pass price.

Suggest a missing gym

Anyone with a Guest Pass account can suggest a gym. Search first to check whether it is already listed. On the website, choose Add a gym. In the app, use Search; if your gym is missing from the results, tap Don't see your gym? Add it to Guest Pass. Sign in if prompted.

Find the gym by name and city, or enter its name and full address. Check the details and submit the listing for review. A public gym email is optional. You do not need to own the gym or provide ownership documents to suggest it. If you are a visitor, choose Just add the listing when the app offers the ownership step.

What happens after you submit a gym?

The listing stays out of the public directory while the Guest Pass team reviews it. The team may correct details, check for a duplicate, or ask for more information before publishing it. Review times can vary with submission volume.

Follow your request in Claims & submissions on the website, or Profile → My gym submissions in the app. Open the request to see its status and any information the team needs. Review updates go to the email on your Guest Pass account, which may be different from the gym's public contact email. Once approved and published, the gym appears in the directory. Listing approval does not grant ownership, a verification badge, or enable day-pass sales.

Get directions

Tap the map or Get directions on a gym profile. Guest Pass hands the address to a maps app on your phone so you can choose your route there.

Buy a day pass

Tap Buy pass, sign in if prompted, review the Guest Pass liability waiver for that gym, and complete the secure Stripe checkout. Each pass allows one entry and is valid for 30 days from purchase. Your pass and itemized purchase receipt appear in Passes, and receipt emails are sent to the email address on your account.

Use your pass

Open Passes, choose the pass, and show its QR code at the front desk. Gym staff scan the QR and tap Confirm entry. A pass can be redeemed only once; redeemed, expired, and refunded passes remain labeled in your wallet for reference.

Manage your account

Profile lets you edit your name, username, photo, bio, and appearance. Use Forgot password on the email sign-in screen to request a secure reset link. You can sign out or permanently delete your account from Profile at any time.

For gym owners

Submit your gym

Search for your gym first. If it is missing, use the same Add a gym flow described above. After submitting, choose I own this gym — add proof in the app, or open your request on the website and choose Also claim this gym. Upload the requested proof, such as a business registration, lease, or utility bill connecting you to the gym. Ownership documents stay private to you and the Guest Pass review team.

Submitting a listing and proving ownership are separate steps. The team can publish the gym while ownership review is still pending. Once your ownership request is approved, you can manage the gym from your account. You can also leave ownership for later and return to the published gym's profile to claim it.

Claim a listed gym

Find the gym's profile and tap Claim this gym. If Guest Pass has a verified claim inbox for that gym, the claim screen shows its masked address. Confirm before sending a code, then enter the code from that inbox. If no verified inbox is available, or you cannot access it, follow the manual review option and provide the requested ownership proof. A gym's public contact email alone does not establish ownership.

Complete the gym profile

Confirm the gym's contact details, open and staffed hours, photos, amenities, description, and day-pass price. You can return to your gym from Profile to keep the listing current.

Connect payouts

Complete Stripe's secure onboarding from the gym setup flow before enabling pass sales. Stripe verifies the payout account and controls payout timing. A brand-new connected account's first payout can take longer than later rolling payouts.

Admit a guest

Scan the QR on the visitor's pass with a normal phone camera. Check the gym name and live confirmation clock, then tap Confirm entry while the visitor is present. Guest Pass shows a clear message if the pass was already used, expired, refunded, or is otherwise invalid.

Visit Guest Pass Support or email contact@yourguestpass.com. Include the email on your account and the relevant gym or pass number. Never send a password or full payment card number.
