This independent gym features a subterranean setup that is highly optimized for bodybuilding and heavy lifting. Serious lifters will find specialized powerlifting amenities, including chalk-friendly lifting platforms, a massive lineup of squat racks, and dedicated bench press stations. For casual weight lifters, the main training floor supplies a comprehensive selection of free weights, dumbbells, and cardio equipment. Non-members can purchase day passes for individual sessions.
