It boasts a dedicated strength and power center upstairs, an extensive free-weight section, and premium Precor cardio units. For functional training and muscle monitoring, lifters can utilize commercial-grade Peloton bikes, a private posing and social media room, and a state-of-the-art Fit3D body scanner. Recovery is supported by on-site infrared saunas. The facility welcomes day-pass drop-ins, making it highly accessible for casual weight lifters.
