For bodybuilders and serious lifters, it features an extensive selection of free weights and specialized weight machines, capturing a nostalgic, "old school" gym vibe. Casual lifters will find a dedicated cardio room, a yoga room, and on-site infrared saunas. A fully stocked nutrition and supplement shop is located right inside. Day pass drop-ins are welcome for visitors looking to train.
