Casual lifters can utilize a spacious functional fitness zone or a dedicated upstairs cardio deck featuring over 10 treadmills and ellipticals. After training, a high-end wellness suite offers full-body saunas, red-light therapy, and water massage beds to optimize recovery, muscle growth, and overall performance.
