A massive 50,000 sq ft training facility packed with heavy strength equipment, including Arsenal Reloaded Incline Fly and Viking presses, plus extensive free weights. For conditioning and performance, it features a large turf zone, Matrix treadmills, Concept 2 rowers, and SkiErgs. After a hard session, lifters can recover in the indoor saltwater pool, whirlpool hot tub, or dry sauna. There are also premium spa-style locker rooms and a smoothie bar on-site. Weekdays get crowded, making Friday evenings and weekends the best time for a distraction-free workout.
