Casual lifters will find extensive dumbbell racks, barbells, cable stations, and a dedicated functional training zone. For post-workout recovery, there is an upscale spa area with a sauna and cold plunge. Casual drop-ins are welcome, and day passes are available for purchase so you can check out the space.
