The facility features specialized powerlifting areas, turf zones, an indoor running track, and a dedicated posing room for physique athletes. After a workout, you can utilize the dry saunas and a cold plunge tub for recovery, or grab nutritional shakes from the on-site cafe. Day pass drop-ins are welcome for those looking to train.
